We have an in-house styling team and 3D designers. These experienced professionals are more willing to transform your interior design projects into 2D and 3D visuals for a realistic 360 overview of the desired result.

Can I change my order?
If the order is for a custom item or a stock item, cancellation must be found within 24hours. If you refuse delivery after shipping, please note that your purchase will then be subject to this No Return Policy.

Can I cancel an order for a special-order item?
If the order is for a custom item, cancellation must be found within 24hours. Custom, special-order, and made-to-order merchandise is made to your specifications and therefore, once your order is crossed 24hours, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. If you refuse delivery of your custom order item for reasons other than manufacturer defect or transit damage, you will still be charged the remaining balance. And your advance amount is forfeited.
What if my item(s) do not look like what I saw in the store or online?
The colors of our products are displayed as accurately as possible on the website. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your computer will match the actual color of the item you receive. Colors appear differently on different monitors and devices. If you have any questions regarding the color or texture of a product, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What do I do if I received a damaged product?
In the case of a manufacturer's defect, we will replace the defective part or, if needed, the entire item, upon your claim before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL). We stand 100% behind our products and the manufacturers who produce them, and we will make every effort to resolve any complications.

Do you offer assembly service?
Yes, we provide assembly, wherever necessary, free of cost.
